Capital Fortune is deemed to be one of the top 10 mortgage Brokers in the UK.  A small, dynamic, and rapidly growing brokerage firm based in the City, that prides itself on excellent commitment and service to its clients. 

This position is for an Office Administrator  

Salary: 20,000 - 22,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 9am -6pm ( 1 hour lunch)
Benefits: Plus Pension
Holidays: 28 days ( including Bank Holidays)

  • Appreciation and drive to implement a first class quality and customer experience, to paying customers, lenders, other team members and our suppliers
  • Clear, articulate, professional oral and written communications
  • Ability to work in partnership with customers to obtain a fully requested list of documentation within tight and specific timescales
  • Ability to collate, process and accurately process documentation in support of a client’s application
  • Ability to key online applications accurately and without error, using oral/written communication from customers
  • Ability to efficiently and pro-actively manage cases from application to offer
  • Ability to use and record notes effectively on a Client Management System
  • To data process information across a range of computerised systems accurately and without error
  • Ability to effectively work as part of a team and prioritise cases
  • Ability to work to specific key performance indicators as they relate to service level times, errors and customer service feedback
  • Technical knowledge and trouble-shooting on basic IT issues, escalating issues where necessary to our external IT support
  • General admin duties for office management (petty cash, shredding process, filing)
