What we need.
- Twelve months minimum advising on protection in a regulated environment. Not a trainee position.
- Knowledge of insurer underwriting, medical loadings and non-standard acceptance.
- Business that stays on the books. Persistency matters.
- The ability to hear what a client has not said out loud.
The money, plainly.
Premier Model: £12,000 basic, contractual plus 40% of everything you bank, from the first case. No tiers, no thresholds, no cap. Standard Model: £40,000 basic, contractual plus 12% of everything you bank, from the first case. We will not ask you to take an OTE figure on trust. Reach second interview and our advisers will tell you what they earn.
